User would like to see Item Description (240 char) in wrapped style on License Plate Number (LPN) Inquiry page.

STEPS 
1. Mobile > Whse Mgmt > Inquiry > LPN Inquiry > LPN contents
2. See Item Description > Only first 32 chars are displayed.

(Note: mobile_key.ini WRAP_TEXT_LABELS is set to Yes)
