Symptoms

When attempting to create a new Tax , the below error occurs

Steps to reproduce the issue

A.
1. Go to the Responsibility Tax manager> Taxes> Create

2. Select source as "Create a New Tax" and give the Tax name as one of the Tax names which is already existing in the system

3. Provide details and attempt to Save Tax

4. Page shows the error message

B.

1. Go to the Responsibility Tax manager> Taxes> Create

2. Select source as "Create from existing Tax" and try to create the Tax based on an existing one, the existing Taxes may still not show up in the LOV
