E_kanban ADF_FACES -60097 Error While Accessing Different Tabs in E_Kanban Self Service (Doc ID 2988544.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to to access e_kanban, the following error occurs.  The error is captured during when changing the tabs within ekanban self service, the intermittent error can be seen.

ERROR

ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error
A log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #6


STEPS

1. Ekanban Super user: Home.

2. Attempt to access or change between the e_kanban tabs.

3. The above error will appear.
