Symptoms
In G-Invoicing, when attempting to submit a change request, the document was Approved/e-signed with username/password as approver. However, the approval history shows the user with the Reserved action when it should be the approver.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
1. Using iProcurement responsibility, navigate to iProcurement Home Page
2. Either Click on a Requisition and choose Change button, or click on Change Requisition icon on the line
3. Make the change and submit for approval
4. Check the approval history, and see it is showing the preparer's name, rather than Approvers
