OPM Batch Reservations Are Not Being Deleted When a Batch Is Completed (Doc ID 2988879.1)

Symptoms

When Completing a batch, any remaining reservations are not being deleted.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Complete a batch that has reservations (Production Supervisor > Batch Details > retrieve batch > Actions > Complete)
2. Observe that the Reserved Qty on Batch Details is not updated
