Symptoms
In EBS, SYSADMIN User failed to login to application below error message appeared in login page eventhough the correct password is entered and sysadmin account is not locked.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Launch EBS application login page
2.Enter Sysadmin User login credentials
