There No Warning Message When Shifting PM Work Order On Same Date With Another PM Work Order (Intermittent Issue) (Doc ID 2988985.1)

Symptoms

No warning showing while shifting some PM work orders on top of existing PM work orders on the same dates.
While shifting PM work orders (or manual WOs) to a schedule date where already a PM or manual work order exists for the same asset & activity, in most of the cases it is showing warning message.
However, in some cases, system does not show warning message.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. [R] Maintenance Super User
2. [N] Work Orders tab > Search for earlier date work order
3. Click on Update WO icon
4. Click on Shift Dates button
5. Enter the scheduled start date same as the scheduled start dare of the next PM work order scheduled.
6. No warning message appears and the shifting is done successfully on the same dates.
