Symptoms

On : 12.2.11 version, Landed Cost Calculation

When attempting to submit an LCM Shipment the following error occurs

ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found in Package INL_SHIPMENT_PVT Procedure Check_AvailableQty

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.LCM Responsibility>
2.LCM Shipment Workbench>>Find the LCM Shipment>Submit
3.Following error occurs: "ORA-01403: no data found in Package INL_SHIPMENT_PVT Procedure Check_AvailableQty"

 

Changes

If the  Item used in the PO has a UOM different then primary UOM of the item
and there is no UOM Conversion setup then this can occur.
