On : 12.2.12 version, Enterprise Command Center
When attempting to execute ECC- Cost Management Load Program CSTECCDL: Cost Management Command Center Data Load
the following error occurs.

ECC- Cost Management load program not completing for option 'ALL dashboard'.
Stuck at

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Concurrent request ECC- Cost Management load program.
Navigation:
Cost Management> View Requests> Submit Cost Management Command Center Center Data Load
Option Dashboard: ALL
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot successfully complete execution of ECC- Cost Management load program.
