R12: AP: Wrong Application Accounting Definition Loaded After Applying R12 FIN Patch (Doc ID 2989743.1)

Symptoms

 Unable to account an invoice due the following errors :

Error 95352:

An account cannot be created because none of the conditions for the account derivation rule XXXX owned by User are met. Please update the conditions for XXXX or assign a different account derivation rule to application accounting definition owned by User.

 

Error 95353 :

Subledger Accounting was unable to derive an accounting code combination using the account derivation rule XXXX owned by Oracle. Please review the account derivation rule and make sure it derives a valid accounting flexfield combination for the source values passed for the transaction.

 Step to reproduce the issue are:

1) Log in as the Payables Manager
2) Navigate to View > Other > Requests > Run
3) Run the Create Accounting request
4) Review the report output for errors 95352 and 95353
