Asia/Pacific: AutoInvoice Import Program Is Erroring Out for Particular Source Post Application of Latin American (LATAM) Patches (Doc ID 2990355.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Autoinvoice Import program for Taiwan, the following error occurs for only one source as observed from the request log. Invoices from other sources are imported successfully.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error calling ar_gdf_validation.is_gdf_valid()
Error calling raagdf()
Error calling raapic()

FND Debug log shows following error messages:
Found exception in ja_tw_sh_gui_utils.val_trx_num.
-- ORA-20001:
-- Found an exception at ja_tw_sh_gui_utils.val_trx_num.
-- User-Defined Exception
-- ja_tw_ar_auto_invoice.val_interface_lines routine failed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Receivables Manager responsibility.
2. Run Autoinvoice Import program.
    View-> Request-> Submit Single Request
3. Observe that the program is completed in error.
4. Review log and observe the error.
