Symptoms
While applying Patch 35706735, patching process fails with ORA-00600 error as seen below.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Apply Patch 35706735 - AU - 12.2 CONSOLIDATED PATCH FOR MOBILE APPLICATIONS RELEASE 10
Navigation: Terminal App (like Putty) > application server > enter command like: adop phase=apply patches=35706735
2. See patch process failure
3. View patching log, and pertinent worker log.
- See the worker log ends with above error.
