Getting an 'ORA-01403' Error While Unapplying a Receipt (Doc ID 2990453.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to unapply Receipts in Lease and Finance Management, the following error occurs. This only happens for some receipts.

ERROR
1. ORA-01403: no data found in Package OKL_RECEIPTS_PVT Procedure apply_receipt
2. Unexpected database error occurred. Error Code: &OKL_SQLCODE Error Message: &OKL_SQLERRM (SQLCODE=100) (SQLERRM=ORA-01403: no data found)
3. User-Defined Exception in Package OKL_RECEIPTS_PVT Procedure handle_receipt

STEPS
1. Using a Lease Super User Responsibility, navigate Lease > Operations > Receipts
2. Choose "Update" and select an invoice.
3. Click the "Unapply" button.
4. When clicking the "Apply" button at the page level, the error occurs.
