Symptoms

When running the JTM Master Concurrent Program with Transaction parameter, the system is allocating too much shareable memory and causing EBS applications outages.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: System Administrator
2. Run concurrent program JTM Master Concurrent Program.
3. Program hangs and will cause system outages.
