In Sales Order Form, While Booking / Scheduling Sales Orders Getting Error: 'Scheduling failed. ATP Processing Error' (Doc ID 2990599.1)

Problem Statement
When trying to Book/Schedule the sales orders for an ATO (assemble-to-order) / CTO (configure-to-order) models, getting the below error.
None of the ATO lines are getting scheduled even though collection and plan has completed.
Tried to purge ATP temp tables but receiving the same issue.

Error:
'Scheduling failed. ATP Processing Error'

Replication Steps:
1. Run collection

Run a complete refresh of data collections - For those running collections from the OM module

Navigation) Order Management > Scheduling/ATP Data Collection - for the ATP DATA Pull parameters and input the following:

Instance = Select your instance name from the list of values
Accept all other defaults until you reach Collection Type
Collection Type = Complete Refresh
Sales Orders = Complete Refresh
Accept the balance of all other field default
Select OK

Submit the Request Set and verify all concurrent requests complete successfully

2. Run plan

For the Planning ODS Load Parameters - Accept all defaults
Select OK

Submit the Request Set and verify all concurrent requests complete successfully

3. Schedule order
i) Navigation) Order Management > Sales order > Query the Sales order and click on the Lines Tab
ii) Tools > Scheduling > Schedule
iii) Enter the Schedule Ship Date (or the Schedule Arrival Date if the Order Date Type in order header is 'Arrival')
iv) Keep the cursor on the line > Right Click > Scheduling > Schedule

The OM Debug log generated when the error occurs has the below details depicting the error:
