R12 AP: Check Template Prints Different Name In Check Header and Journal Entry

Symptoms
When customer prints a check template, there is an inconsistency between the header of the check and the journal entry description of the check.
In the header Prints XXXXXX as name and in in the journal entry prints YYYYY as name.
The name in both places should be the same.
