Why Isn't PO Receipt Transaction Showing In Material Transactions Form?

User is unable to find PO Receipt Transaction while following below navigation:
1) Go to Inventory Responsibility > Transactions > Material Transactions;
2) Input item and corresponding Transaction Dates;
3) Observe that one PO Receipt Transaction is not visible in the form even though the other PO Receipt Transactions are visible within the form.
