Receipts Cannot Be Remitted Due To The Error "EXTENSION_NOT_UPDATEABLE" During Remittance Program (Doc ID 2990893.1)

Symptoms

During Auto Remittance program the following error occurs:

 

ERROR
-----------------------
EXTENSION_NOT_UPDATEABLE: A payment operation was successfully completed for the transaction; its extension entity is no longer updateable.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Log onto the Oracle Receivables application
2. Navigate Receipts > Remittance >Auto Remittance program
3. Remittance log showing the EXTENSION_NOT_UPDATEABLE error
