Revenue is not generated for few projects and the error message is:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and approve order.
2. Create Project with billing extension enabled.
3. Create expenditures more than the budget baseline amount.
4. Run concurrent process PRC: Generate Draft Revenue.
5. Verify Output file. Draft Revenue Generation Eligibility report shows rejection reason: "Reason for not processing : No Performance Obligation line could be mapped"
