When attempting to Debrief an item, the following error is displayed. This error started after the application of <Patch 32484283>.

Errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package CS_Charge_Details_PUB Procedure Create_Charge_Details

Steps
(R) Field Service Manager
(N) Field Service Representative > Find Service Requests
Click on Task
Click Debrief

The error above is displayed.
