The "Asset (Count Distinct) by Based Category" missing in Asset Command Center Databoard

STEPS
-----------------------
1. (N) Assets Responsibility -> Assets Command Center.
2. Select Tab Asset Cost.
3. Observed that no chart shown under section Asset (Count Distinct) by Based Category.
