IE: Divide by zero at line 43 of IE_LPT Error Is Displayed in View Run Messages form When Running Quick Pay Process

Symptoms
When attempting to run the Quick Pay process it is ending in error and when checking the View Run Messages form for details, the following error message is displayed:
Error was encountered when processing formula IE_LPT
An error occurred during formula execution:
Divide by zero at line 43 of IE_LPT
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to IE HRMS Responsibility.
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for employee.
3. Go to Assignment > Others > Quick Pay > Start Run > Observed that the Status is 'In Error'.
4. Go to View Results > QuickPay Run Messages > Standard Run > View Run Messages form shows the above error message.
