Symptoms

When trying to pull General Terms and Conditions (GT&Cs)/Orders/Performances from G-Invoicing by Interface Program, the following error occurs:  

ERROR

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance. This is preventing users from querying and entering new orders.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not create Java class: (custom.oracle.apps.ap.invoice.isp.webui.xxa99NtfDetailsControlsCO) associated with region: (NtfDetailsControls)   

 STEPS
----------
1. Navigate to CLM or G-Invoicing Purchasing responsibility
2. Navigate to Requests -> Submit a New Request.
3. Submit Intragovernmental Agreements (GT&C) Interface Program or Intragovernmental Orders Interface Program or Intragovernmental Performance Interface Program   
4. Reported error occurs.
