ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Performance issue when clicking on the LOV of NCMR/REWORK# element

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
No performance issue.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Quality>Results>Entry>Enter Quality Results
2. Open SERIAL APROVALS collection plan.
3. Click on the LoV of the NCMR/REWORK# element.
4. The LoV appears after a very long time (5-10 min in some cases)
