Symptoms
When running FNDATUPD: AuditTrail Update Tables, the following errors display in the log:

APP-FND-00016: No primary key information exists for table
GMD_SAMPLING_PLANS_B_A, audit table not made.
Action: Define primary key information for table. Auditing cannot occur on
tables without primary keys.

Action: Define primary key information for table. Auditing cannot occur on
tables without primary keys.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From the System Administrator Responsibility, run the AuditTrail Update Tables program (View > Requests)
