Symptoms

After upgrade to 12.2.11 File-> Export into excel is not working from view requests.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log in to any EBS responsibility
2. Go to view requests, look at concurrent requests
3.Try to export them by going File-> Export. Export function is not enabled and data cannot be exported.

Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2.11.
