ECC Managed Server Failed To Start with Error "java.io.IOException", message="Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect" (Doc ID 2991967.1)

Symptoms

eccManaged server failing to start post performing weekly EBS cloning and re-integrate ECC with EBS on SSL. The below error message reported in Managed server logs:

$ECC_BASE\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\ecc_domain\bin\ecc.log

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:


1. ECC V10 instance enabled with SSL, reference: Enabling TLS for Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework, Release 12.2
2. Integrate ECC with EBS using reference: CONFIGURING ORACLE ENTERPRISE COMMAND CENTER FRAMEWORK
3. Start ECC, eccManaged server failed to start
