Attempting To Close Open Deliveries Raises Error: Delivery xxxx Cannot Be Closed Because There Are Unshipped Lines Assigned To This Delivery (Doc ID 299197.1)

Symptoms

 When attempting to close a delivery where all delivery details are shipped and interfaced to Order Management(OM) and Inventory(INV) interfaces, the following message is raised:


ERROR
----------------------

Delivery xxxx cannot be closed because there are unshipped lines assigned to this delivery.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can not be reproduced at will for another sales order/ delivery but can be verified for problematic delivery
with the following steps:

1. From Order Management Responsibility> Shipping > Transactions.
2. Query the delivery 
3. Go to Contents tab and see that all delivery details are in an interfaced status.
4. Go to Deliveries tab
5. Attempt to close the delivery by selecting Close option from Actions List of Values and click on Go.
6. Notice the above mentioned message on the form.
