PO Receiving Using Worklist Notifications - No Notification Sent To Requester Or Supervisor (Doc ID 2992135.1)

Symptoms

When performing receiving through iProcurement, no notification was sent to the requester or supervisor to progress the receipt.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to iProcurement Respsonbility
2. Go to Receiving > Search: Item to Receive and  Search Attribute: Find by Order number
3. Perform the PO receiving
4. No email notifications are sent regarding the receiving process for the following:
  - no email reminder notification for requester for confirm receipt
  - no email notification is sent to requester supervisor for reminder for un-responded receipt notification
5. However, notifications are received in the users Notification Summary and Worklist screens.
