Adding Attachment To An On Line Discussion Against An Internal Member Not Visible When Click Apply (Doc ID 2992197.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Sourcing Negotiations, after adding an attachment to an online discussion against an internal member, the attachment is not visible when click Apply.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to Sourcing Home Page > Open any RFQ
2. Select Action as Online Discussions and click on Go button
3. Click on New Message button
5.Select any internal member
6.Click on Add Attachment and enter data for any type of attachment
7.Click on Apply, Confirmation message is showed: Attachment has been added successfully.
8. Cannot see the attachment
