Symptoms

Users cannot view output of Project Accounting concurrent requests in the Request Run Form.
When users are trying to access the output of a concurrent request, the following error is generated in the browser:


ERROR

An error occurred while attempting to establish an Applications File Server connection with the node FNDFS_APPLTOP_<HOSTNAME>. There may be a network configuration problem, or the TNS listener on node FNDFS_APPLTOP_<HOSTNAME> may not be running. Please contact your system administrator.

Note:  File System (FS) Diagnostics Test Program log file also shows the same error message.
The Internal Manager log file shows Dead Process errors.
The database alert log shows ORA-12537: TNS:connection closed errors.



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
------------------------------
1.  Log into E-Business Suite.

2.  Select Requests -> Run.

3.  Submit the Project program. Example: PRC: One Step Interface Streamline Processes program.

4.  Monitor processing.

5.  Requests completes with Completed Error.

6.  Select View Output button.


Changes

 Upgraded database from 12c to 19c.
