Symptoms

When attempting to query an internal Sales Order from the Order Organizer form, the following error occurs:

FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Order Organizer form.
  2. From Order Organizer try to query an internal Sales Order.
  3. Notice the message: FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved.
