'Generate PDF Payslip' Concurrent Process Is Not Generating Output After Run a Second Time in a Period (Doc ID 2992453.1)

Symptoms

User ran the Generate PDF Payslip concurrent program and PDF payslips were created as expected; however, when they ran the process again for the same check date, no output is generated.

 

Steps to reproduce the issue:

From HRMS Manager (or equivalent) responsibility: 

1. Run the Generate PDF Payslip concurrent program.

    Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request.

    PDF Payslips are generated.

2. Run the Generate PDF Payslip concurrent program using the same check date as in step 1.

    No PDF Payslips are generated.
