Performance issue running Receipt Journal Report.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables responsibility
Navigation: Control > Requests > Run

                    Submit Receipt Journal Report Concurrent Program with parameters:

                             ...

                             Start Date <Date1>                            

                             End Date: <Date_2>

                             ...

AWR (Workload Repository) shows the following SQL statement that consumes the most resources:
