Claim Investigation Settled With Chargeback With Customer Reference Field Populated Is Not Showing On The AR Receipt Line (Doc ID 2992498.1)

Symptoms

When a claim investigation line is settled in Trade Management with settlement method Chargeback, the Customer Reference field value is not seen on the AR Receipt line.


Steps:
1. In Receivables, Create Receipt for claim investigation
2. In Trade Management, open the claim created from receipt and populate the Customer Reference
3. Settle claim with chargeback settlement
4. In Receivables, View the receipt line.  The chargeback line shows customer reference as blank.
