When trying to update the Tax Registration Number, Getting the following error message

The Supplier information has been modified by another user. Please re-query the information and try again.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Go to Payables responsibility>Suppliers>Entry>Query the supplier
Go to Tax Details tab>Tax Registration> Default Reporting Registration Number> Save> Error appears
