After upgrading from release 12.1.3 to 12.2.11, the following error occurs in All Actions Awaiting Your Attention Self-Service page when attempting to submit a comment on a notification.

No method with signature - No method with signature - initPersonalHeaderQueries(class java.lang.String, class java.lang.String)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

    1. Upgrade from release 12.1.3 to 12.2.11.
    2. Using Employee Self-Service responsibility.
    3. Navigate to All Actions Awaiting Your Attention.
    4. Open a notification.
    5. Try to submit a comment.
    6. Get error.


 Upgrade from release 12.1.3 to 12.2.11.
