Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Subledger Accounting Uptake for Receivables
Receivables Accounting batch processes successful by Create Accounting, but fails with error on Journal Import to GL.
The Transfer Journal Entries to GL process cannot process the batch and events remain in XLA with FINAL status.
EU02 This journal entry is unbalanced and suspense posting is not allowed in this ledger.

1. run create accounting process from concurrent manager
2. the process fails on spawned journal import, and events remain in Final status in XLA tables
