When trying to create custom Pricing Context Attribute below error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-28115: policy with check option violation in Package QP_Seg_Util Procedure Insert_Row

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Oracle Pricing Manager -> Setup -> Attribute Management -> Attribute Linking and Mapping
2.Pricing Transaction Entity: Order Fulfillment
  Context Type: Pricing Context
  Code: XXXXXX (custom)
  Click "Contexts" button
  Add new attribute

 Database upgrade to 19c
