Symptoms
Credit Memos from Trade Management are unbalanced and fail to process by ARGLTP - GL Transfer Process.
They display in wnposted Items Report With zero Revenue amounts.
The ARGLTP - GL Transfer Process Logfile shows the following:
Checking DR/CR balance...
Current system time is DD-MON-YYYY
Credit Memos: out of balance: DR_amt: 0 CR_amt: 123.45
DR_acctd: 0 CR_acctd: 123.45
deleted - 19 lines(bal_id: [customer_trx_id] trx_num: [trx_number])
Unposted Items Report reflects the Credit Memo with:
