Symptoms

When trying to execute the "HR_EX_EMPLOYEE_API.FINAL_PROCESS_EMP" API, following error appears

*Cause: No data was found from the objects.
*Action: There was no data from the objects which may be due to end of fetch.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Database.

2. Execute the API "hr_ex_employee_api.final_process_emp". An example is given below:
