Symptoms
When attempting to reconcile the receipts in CE ECC dashboard,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1) Navigate to Cash Management Manager responsibility
2) Open CE Command center
3) Check relevant available transaction to reconcile
4) Select statement line
5) Click submit to Reconcile
Error when submit to reconcile
There is no issue reconciling the same transaction / statement via core application. This happens only when performing the activity in ECC dashboard.
