Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When checking the "Cross Charge" checkbox on the Projects (PAXPREPR) form and clicking save, the form states "FRM-40400 Transaction complete. 2 Records applied and saved."
However, when exiting out of the main menu and navigate back in, the "Cross Charge" checkbox is unchecked.

Replication steps:

1. > Projects responsibility > Setup > Projects > Project Templates. Create a new project template. Under the Project Options, disable the Cross Charge option.
2. > Projects responsibility > Projects. Create a new project from the new project template created in step 1.
3. > Projects responsibility > Setup > Projects > Project Templates. Open up the new project created in step 2. See that the Cross Charge is not enabled. Enable the Cross Charge option. Save the record. Bottom of the form shows the record has been saved.

FRM-40400 Transaction complete. 2 Records applied and saved.

4. Exit out of the form and back to the Main Menu.
5. > Projects responsibility > Setup > Projects > Project Templates. Open up the project created in step 2. See that the Cross Charge option is still not enabled.
