Symptoms

When attempting to load bank statement data,the following error occurred

SQLCODE:-31001 Sqlerrm :ORA-31001: Invalid resource handle or path name "XXXXXXXX"


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cash management responsibilty>View>Other>Submit new request
2. Submit CAMT Bank Statement Loader program
3. Errored occured and verify the log
