Goal

Installed an AP tier of EBS R12.2 on NFS storage but referring to OHS document, OHS Fails with Errors "Stale file handle: apr_proc_mutex_lock failed" (Doc ID 2403675.1), planning to change lock file location defined in $FMW_HOME/webtier/instances/EBS_web_OHS1/config/OHS/EBS_web/httpd.conf to local storage.

As the sample below shows, in hpptd.conf OHS environment variables like $ORACLE_INSTANCE or $COMPONENT_NAME can be used.

How are these OHS environment variables defined?

How can specify lock file location using $CONTEXT_NAME, which is an EBS environment variable?
