Wrong Exchange Rate and Bank Currency Amount Showing up in Cash Management Form When Reconciling Bank Statement with Receipt (Doc ID 2993390.1)

Symptoms

Wrong Exchange Rate and Bank Currency Amount is calculated in Cash Management  when Receipt  in one currency is reconciled with Bank Statement line having different currency.
It results in wrong  Exchange Rate and Reconcilliation Amount on Bank Statement lines in Cash Management Form.

Responsibility:Cash Management

Navigation:     Bank Statements >Bank Statements and Reconcilliation

      1.Select the Bank Account Number and click on Find and go to the Bank Statement Lines
      2.Select the Line Type =Payment and click on Create and choose Miscellaneous
      3.Now Choose below details while receipt creation
         Activity Name- Miscellaneous Receipt
         Currency =EUR (foreign currency)
         Receipt Method
         Receipt Number
         Exchange Rate Type
         Amount
         Exchange Rate Date.

     4.Go to Bank Tab and check the "Bank Currency Amount" and "Exchange Rate"
     5.Exchange Rate and Bank Currency Amount is wrongly shown up

Changes

 Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10
