Enterprise Command Center Account Analysis Page Does Not Display Any Data For Custom Responsibilities Only (Doc ID 2993461.1)

Symptoms

Post 12.2.12 upgrade, attempting to look for the Account Analysis information in the General Ledger Enterprise Command Center fails as the page does not display any data for custom responsibilities. It works fine for standard responsibilities. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Login to General Ledger Responsibility

2. Navigate to General Ledger Enterprise Command Center

3. Account Analysis Tab -> No information is displayed

Changes

Upgraded the instance from R12.1.3 to R12.2.12.
