Sales Order Lines Not Being Published to Tax Partner View As Location is Not Validated, Causing Incorrect Tax Calculation.

Tax calculation is different when
-> Order with sales order lines having one US (United States) warehouse and one non-US warehouse
-> Order with sales order lines having all non-US warehouses

Whenever there is an US warehouse in the sales order, the other lines tax calculation is not happening.

Steps:
1 Go to Order Management responsibility
Create two sales order lines one with warehouse belonging to US location and warehouse non-US location
Result: Tax calculation is happening for only the line that has the populated warehouse.
