G-Invoicing - Intra-governmental Transactions (IGT) Purchase Order (PO) Approval Workflow notification is having a performance issue when opening notifications from both the notification icon and Worklist. It is taking over 4 minutes to view the notification (FYI notifications and To Do Notifications). Notifications using PO AME (Approvals Management Engine) Approval workflow are not having the same issues. Isolated to PO IGT Approval workflow.

STEPS
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Create IGT Order
3. Submit for Approval
4. Click on the Approval Workflow Notification
5. System spins for over 4 minutes before the notification text is displayed
