When running reserve orders program with a from sub-inventory ex: FG, this program reserving lines which has a different sub-inventory ex: AB TEST (AB TEST has the on hand quantity and there is no quantity in FG sub-inventory. The expectation is if the line sub-inventory is different than the program parameter 'Reserve From Sub-inventory' then first of all these lines should not be considered. and even if the program is picking all line then if the FG sub-inventory is not having any on hand then why this program reserving item from a different sub-inventory which is mentioned at the line level?
